What the law requires
—Put your full name and mailing address in the PayPal note. Guam law permits no anonymous contributions, and an address must be on record for anyone giving more than $100.
—$1,000 is the maximum from any one person, per election. Corporations are limited to $1,000 in total.
—No party money and no party endorsements — for this office, the law forbids both.
